Refund Policy

Flowers are a fresh commodity and therefore will perish. How long the flowers last depends on the type of flower and  the conditions in which they are kept after they are delivered to you.

For this reason, we are not able to offer refunds after the day on which the flowers are delivered. Refunds on the day that the flowers are delivered will only be given in the advent of the flowers being substantially different to the order placed without prior agreement of the customer or if the flowers are in poor condition on delivery.
